The Director of FP&A role is a leading member of our Finance team with the mission to strategically influence business decisions, improve processes and optimize partnerships, performance, margin and growth through leveraging data and analytics. As the Company continues to expand in new markets and launch new product offering, the Director will be responsible to prepare key operational, strategic and financial analysis.

This role will drive financial modeling and analysis supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions including asset management. Optimize, automate, and eliminate processes in an effort to improve overall planning, forecasting and analysis functions including the preparation of forecasted balance sheet and cash flow statements. Support the overall coordination and development of annual operating plans and monthly forecasting analysis.

Position Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial statement and cash flow modeling supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence leaders, think strategically, and provide excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Work across the business within all levels of management with strong proven experience presenting to executive teams.
  • Help drive finance discipline, fact-based decision-making, and financial visibility
  • Perform financial analytics in support of all business decisions including balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
  • Actively communicate to senior leaders in a simple, concise and easy to consume format.
  • Understand the key strategic priorities of the organization with an understanding of the "bigger picture" and perform analysis to ensure company resources are allocated efficiently in support of those priorities.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and critical thinking that can solve problems and make recommendations based on self-directed work efforts.
  • Create ad-hoc financial modeling to support operational and strategic business decisions and to improve efficiency and asset management to maximize ROIC.
  • Build detailed bottoms-up balance sheet and cash flow statements with underlying working models.
  • Build a sustainable balance sheet and cash flow forecasting process.
  • Cultivate a highly engaged and talented performing team.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 8+ years of strong financial analysis with a concentration in in-depth investment analysis, modeling, cash flow, and balance sheet experience.
  • Possess a good working knowledge of GAAP and sound accounting practices and procedures.
  • Experience with Lawson and/or Hyperion a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Advanced Excel and Powerpoint and Word.
  • Hands-on management style with ability to drive multiple projects to closure.
  • Willingness and ability to roll up your sleeves and build complex models
  • Ability to persuade others through disciplined use of data.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in developing and/or the ability to understand complex financial models.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once maintaining accuracy and speed. Positive attitude and demonstrated flexibility in re-prioritizing projects.
  • Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data.
  • Detail orientation with high attention to quality and accuracy.
