The Online Product Coordinator  will oversee the imaging, copying and merchandising system processes for the production, implementation and maintenance of 900+ Online Campus Shops merchandise. You will ensure that merchandise is made available within defined timelines. Assist internal and external partners in executing merchandise specific initiatives.
Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Use word processing and spreadsheet software to build product descriptions, names, and item attributes. Ensure product information conforms to company standards and accurately represents merchandise.
  • Provide support on website issues that arise around the presentation of merchandise online.
  • Analyze image and product workflows and processes to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Use image manipulation software to optimize product images for 900+ online campus shops ensuring they conform to company standards
  • Create and implement image and online catalog production for IMS partner schools. Provide training and support to IMS partner schools on catalog production and resolving merchandise issues.
  • Analyze image and product workflows and processes to identify issues and opportunities
  • Provide support on for website issues that arise around the presentation of merchandise online.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in related field required.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional work experience preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer literacy.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
