  • Identifying technical issues and/or user errors associated with ecommerce, point of sale, course material management and personal productivity systems including:
    • System configurations
    • End-of-day and start-of-day issues
    • Inventory and order management issues
  • Troubleshooting OS and profile corruptions
  • Identifying basic LANnetworking issues
  • Identifying and diagnosing cause of PC hardware failures
  • Identifying basic printer malfunctions
  • Workstation HDD data recovery using designated tools

  • Working knowledge and experience in the following technologies and hardware: Windows OS (primarily XP & 7), MS Office Suite, Active Directory, Routers, Switches, WANLAN technologies, PC hardware
  • Ability to work 11:30am-8:00pm shift, Monday-Friday
  • Ability to work overtime during busy seasons
