Position Responsibilities: 



  • You will be a key member of the design team involved in all phases from through development process and production.

  • Your creative abilities will come into play as you develop graphic foundations for our Private Label brand's presentation templates, methods, procedures, and informational programs using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, and In Design software.

  • You will scale original design templates to 1200 school specific artworks, prepare the art production ready files and submit art to licensing for approval, corresponding with the Licensing Director to execute any changes if necessary.

  • You will build, maintain, and update the assets library, create all graphic tech packs, graphic pages - partnering with the production artists and the printing mills.

  • Troubleshoot graphic production problems and interact with organization's staff and outside vendors regarding production issues.

  • Partner with Creative Graphic Artists in building mega concepts and mood boards, creating seasonal graphics and trim packages. 


Position Requirements:.



  • Must have strong production artist skills and experience.

  • Must be able to present an innovative portfolio in Graphic Design.

  • Solid understanding of Collagen Licensing Market is a strong plus

  • Textile design experience is essential.

  • Strong illustration skills and typography are required.

  • Ability to work with company deadlines; self-starter; excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Ability to design around concepts with little supervision is essential.

  • Team player with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Can-Do attitude. Desire to learn and grow skillset.

  • Strong computer skills with ability to learn new computer systems.

  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suites, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, MS Office suites experience such as Excel and Word.

Job Requirements


  • Requires a High School or General Education Diploma.

  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer literacy.

  • Minimum of six months prior job history in a customer - focused environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task.

  • Strong Customer service skills.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
